Who We Are

Owner of Paddock to Plate, Stephen Thompson started the business from scratch. Butchering since he was a teenager Stephen did some home butchering before opening Paddock to Plate in 2010, which is how he came up with the name for the business. Since then the business has become one of the leading meat and poultry suppliers in Tamworth. Paddock to Plate provides an extensive range of fresh and processed meat and poultry products. Our meat packs are available in bulk and family sizes and we even have customisable meat trays, perfect for parties, events and social gatherings.

We have a range of gluten-free products and condiments available such as gravy, fish and wild barramundi, and also stock pet food such as bones and pet mince.
